Turbofan engines will have loose rattling Fan blades. It's normal and oooooook. I filmed shutdowns of a couple of our planes to show what it sounds like and where the noise is coming from.
please note that this is a FAN blade! not a compressor blade or turbine blade. Fan blades do not get hot. The first blades you see in a turbofan engine act like a "box fan" powered by a jet engine.
